Christopher Aronsson

Postdoctoral researcher

Dr Christopher Aronsson graduated from Linköping University, Sweden in 2011, obtaining both a MSc in Engineering (Swedish "Civilingenjör") in the field of Engineering Biology and a MSc (120 credits) in Engineering Biology. He was awarded a PhD in Molecular Physics at Linköping University, Sweden in the beginning of 2017 in the research group of associate professor Daniel Aili. Dr Aronsson is currently a postdoctoral researcher in associate professor Aili's research group. 

Research interest

In my research I utilize bio-orthogonal covalent crosslinking and self-assembling peptides in conjunction with other polymers to create “smart” biomaterials for applications such as 3D cell culture, drug delivery and regenerative medicine.
