Elisa Zattarin graduated from Polytechnic University of Turin in 2017 with a MSc in Biomedical Engineering, Bionanotechnology and Biomechanics program, with a thesis work on "Novel hydrogels from multivinyl polymerization for biomedical applications". Prior to starting her PhD, she worked in Cellink AB as a R&D engineer specialized in biomaterials for 3D printing applications.
In my research I develop antimicrobial and bioresponsive wound dressing materials based on nanocellulose through peptide-based strategies for advanced wound care applications.
